HH, tried to watch it but the audio level was so low (even with my
speakers turned up full power) I couldn't make out any of the words.

Does it sound quiet to others, too?

Dizzy there is a sound setting on the video window itself,( lower left hand corner of youtube video window ) make sure thats turned up, sound is working great for me
