Looks like a Matron head large cent to me.
 

With that bust facing left it's a George II copper as stated before.
 

Looks penny rather than halfpenny sized to me. KG II a good guess. Likely could see Brittania on the reverse with angled lighting and the proper rotation.
 

Definitely a King George II halfpenny, no pennies were made under George II.
