🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Two Brass What’s-its

I dug these two mystery pieces at an 1800’s farm property.
I believe they are brass.
Any idea what either of them is?

What’s a whizzer?

Toy between two strings where you wind it up then pull the strings to get it to turn. Turning fast makes a sound.
