Hello Tater,those are some really sweet finds you and your son are making,you have a lot of great areas to hunt out that way. I was actually working out in your town last summer,we were the guys who were able to actually put roofs on the grocery store and flower shop along with cornice and pediment work above the malt shop/diner,the guys who came before us really made a mess of it. I even hunted out there a couple of times once at the park where the school used to stand and one at the property to the east of it where an old house used to sit(I had met the property owner while I was hunting the school). That area is very old Im sure you and your son will have plenty of great spots to hunt for many years to come,welcome to T-Net...Shoot
