Usual suspects!

Went to a couple of sites, got the usual for those areas, nothing very exciting other than the dagger chape, which is very pretty.
One of the sites was next to a XI century little church.
Also found an interesting lead seal with a crown and the letters DT...suggestions?

To much rain, snow...you name it....did get out last week for two hours with a friend, and we managed 5 hammered from a small area, before the snow came.

To me thats a good haul! Medieval is nice no matter what it is! And silver will come...

Two of the hammered were whole half pennies, found by my friend, who had three in the same area last time we were there, that's five half pennies all from the same manarch Edward111, so I think this could be a small hoard, or purse loss. Might get back tomorrow...weather permitting, and I have just ordered the Deus, so will be giving this a try there soon.

Yes, very wet & now the snow. Although this doesn't stop us we have had other commitments.

Without seeing the back, the seal looks to be a Cloth Seal.

Small one is earlier..11th-15th C.

The decorated Chape is circa 1500s (maybe a bit earlier) & the other one I suspect is later (1600s).

Victor we are blessed with old history. However you have a lot of Indian artifacts that are fantastic too, and for us it's not possible!

Some extremely interesting Finds there, Nutriasub! Looks like a great place to hunt! If that comes from one weekend, theres not so many other Treasurehunters around. Im sure you´ll make some more good finds there.

Thanks for the comments guys, they where two separate sites, but I will be going back. At the moment I'm researching other sites, to see if any are good.
