Well tomorrow is kinda special day for me and that's all I need to say about that.I'm thinking of visiting the wife and this song sort of says what I've been thinking,not just for her,but for all the special LaLa's in our group and also for all the other ladies in our hunts.Love ya all and yeah,I'm kinda sentimental;

I posted this little bit of info under http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,320406.0/topicseen.html ,but think I'll mention it here also.My sis who is 4yrs my senior reminded me of a old family cashbox I remember from my early yrs at home.It's a cashbox won by my g'g'gpa in a poker game with the Youngers.Supposedly from a bank/train robbery.For those who missed an earlier post,read my initial post under that thread.Hope I'll be able to identify it better when I look at it again.

Seeing that photo,RR,reminds me of what I saw today when I went back to my sis' place.Like I said,walking into her place is like stepping back in time.Anyway,one of the things she has is a genuine Pony Express saddle blanket.Great shape although the threads are getting pretty thin.As to the cashbox I mentioned earlier,I posted under 'What is it?'She has promised the box to her g'son but,one of the many things I'm getting is the sugar bowl that set on old ma's table,mid 1800's.Jesse James used sugar from it.Real pretty about 6"tall w/lid.

Thats is great Ron ! Have you ever posted apic of it ? :icon_sunny:

I really enjoyed reading that, Daddy! You've got a lot of history going on in your family! 8)

:hello:

Hey do we need a passport to enter Texas? :laughing7: I just might make it after all. I am considering buying a mule to ride down there. They ride better than a horse ya know.
