Nice finds. I have only found 1 V nickel (1899) over 4 years of detecting.

Firsts for me as well and to get the second on the next trip was VERY exciting!

Great condition on those.

I have dug 4 or 5 in the last 20 years, and they are usually so corroded that I am lucky to ID them with a date.

Nice V, and in decent shape too.

Great finds I recently found 4 a 2 places Iv hunted a lot and all were on the paths in and out which I hadn't even thought of checking!!!Good Job!!!!!

one nickel has a lot of detail on it - any dates on them??

- the rest of the coins, oldies? do I see a religious medal??
all that stuff counts, too!

I've found only one V-Nickle before, in the nine years I've been detecting,
so two-in-a-row is GOOD luck...!
really GOOD FINDS!

your killing it man!

Quite the haul there! Congratulations!

Nice looking saves. The second one looks like she has great detail!!!!:icon_thumright:

Alas the rest was all clad, couple 67's and one wheat. The religous medal says "pray for us" icon can't be made out, probably Mary. The small piece is silver and says AES. Also a button, buckshot, and whatsit. All clad found about 300' from first site in a 50x50 area.

Excellent hunt,, that clad haul causes a lot of "UP AND DOWN CRAMPS " lol
Pretty good detail on one of those V nickels.
Congrats
