Been sometime since I have actually seen silver in any CWR in my area, well over a year.
Decided that I would do what I term "Spot Hunting". Visited a bank yesterday and asked the normal questions.
One teller replied she had $180.00, how many would I like. We all know the answer I gave her. The other teller pipes up that she has $330.00 dollars worth as well. Looked in my wallet and only had enough for the $180.00, took them and told the other teller I would be back. First $180.00 contained no silver, dumped and withdrew from my CU to go and get the
rest. Asked the teller if somebody brought them all at once, she told she had been accumulating them for quite sometime.
Took all she had, it was somebody's collection. Complete rolls for 1985D uncirculated and still in shot gun roll, same for the
ever elusive 1975 P
two rolls both mints same condition and one for 1997-D all still crimped and very shiny.
The other rolls all looked normal for this area except one. Cracked it open and out popped a 1957 Bennie and a 67 Kenny.
Didn't quite know what to do it had been so long.
