Vert Interesting Find Museum Piece?

Hi and good afternoon to everyone. I have a very nice and hoping great find. Was at the thrift store and came across a cave/rock painting. It is elp up on a presentation stand, like those you would put your fossils or artifacts. The rock is heavy. Shows a painting of what I am thinking a person or something. Very interesting. I am wanting feedback and any hep on this. Thanks guys.

Looks like Grimace to me too!

True; smiley faces I don't believe are very common on neolithic or earlier pieces. However, I am far from an expert.
