But it's not Willie. It's an older head KG III.I'm with evolution. Looks like William III. Congrats on your oldest may have missed the 1700s and went to 1600s. HH!
I think Iron Patch probably said it best. I've never found a genuine George III, but I have found several counterfeits. 1775 seem to be far and away the most popular date for ctft's. Here's a couple I found. Good chance that is what you found. Just an FYI, on the second photo showing the reverse the shield is a dead giveaway that it is NOT a Machins piece. On this piece the lines of the cross are outlined. On the Machins coinage they are not.
