So I stood in line with the little guy for 4 hours on saturday to get his pig flu vaccine. Some of you may not aggree but it hit real close to home here last week, we had an 18 year old healthy kid from the school I work at die from it. Anyway I'm staring at no less than 4 banks during this time. After this I get out in time to get to the banks only to here we just gave them out this morning. ok I did the right thing. So wander down to the Goodwill store. SCHWING! 14K gold necklace for $5 then I get to another bank and get a box and score 10 40%ers...

Not bad for 2.5 hours sleep

Average year 37K die from flu- complications of, only thing diff this year beyond the unending propaganda and far fewer deaths is this flu unlike all those of past has found way to kill those who are healthy (have good immune systems) and bypass usual victims, those with weak immune systems, a feat logic defies, and I do remember the last piggy flu vaccine (1976) killed more than the flu did. Vaccine complications have killed at least 25 in US so far and yet unknown numbers overseas, complications are expected- read the small print. Personally I'd rather get flu than who knows what in so called vaccine(s). To each his own, the choice we still at present have to get shot or not, my choice will remain NOT!

Search out the longterm risks and dangers, not of course from Gov sources, think you'll be shocked at just how deadly &harmful vaccination programs have been; SIDS has a direct link to early childhood vaccinations, meaning thousands have died within days to week or so after getting shots. Also Fed Gov, Congress in fact has indemnified Big Pharma from liability creating a gov fund with strict financial limits- which alone would convince me to NOT get the shot(s).

Not bad at all. :icon_thumleft:

My mother who is very healthy asked the Doc if she should get a flying pig shot and he said "Absolutely not !"
My daughter in law who is a nurse won't take it either.
Last time I took a flu shot was in 1971 while in the Marines. Got a 105 fever and came close to being planted.
Needless to say I don't take them anymore.
The vaccine supposedly untested and made in China ????

i got my first flu vaccine ever (not the h1n1). my grandaughters doctor said the whole family should be vaccinated. he said it was because she is only 4mos. old. i wonder how come they never told me or my wife to get one when my kids were little? they were born in the mid and late 80's. anyway i figured i better get the shot because i work in schools and i don't want to be the one who gets her sick. it would be just one more thing missesmistergee would have to blame me for :dontknow:. anyway i get the shot and all is well. later that evening my back starts to bother me so i go lay in bed and watch t.v. i fell asleep and woke around 2 hrs later shaking , body aches, fever, and soaked to the bone. they gave me the flu. i never felt worse. the good thing was it only lasted 1 day. my daughter -in-law also got the shot but she had one before, so all she got was the sniffles and minor cold symptoms. my son was unable to get it because his immune system is compromised due to chronic lyme disease. my wife and daughter haven't gotten one as they are mainly home all the time.
my boss also got his first one and he was just as sick as i was, and again it was only 1 day.
me personally, i would not get the H1N1 as it is too new.(just now available this month) as stated above some of the vaccinations have killed healthy people in the past. if my kids or grandchild were in school i would not have them get the shot. i feel they don't know the adverse effects of something so new and i would blame myself if something happened to them.
