Saw on the tv last night "The Coin Vault" channel, that the mint is stamping special proof sets with .999 % Fine Silver within dimes qtrs halves and ASE. Just like when we all search boxes & bags, someone will rarely if ever find a Silver Proof.
Now we have to watch for a new breed of silver coin: .999% fine. I didn't get a chance to see the reverse to see if it shows .999, BUT it could make for an interesting hunt., just like the W QTR hunt.
If anybody finds one (RARE FOR SURE), give us a posting.
