Hey there sanddigger!
No, I don't wear sunglasses water hunting. I have the Excal, and the glasses hurt my ears/head, with the head phones on.

I don't. I have enough trouble keeping the headphones on while I handle digging with the scoop, I'd be knocking glasses into the water and losing them.

Yes I do, everytime. For me it helps cut the glare. Good luck!.........Scott.

I have to wear glasses no matter what, can't see up close worth a hoot otherwise. Headphones don't cause me any problems, but I have high dollar phones for hard of hearing old coots, and they are rather soft and easy on pinching the ears, and also blocking out external noise.

Depends on the waves but here (Ecuador), I generally don't after loosing a pair of good ones…….if I do, they are some cheap $5 ones I purchase from the many street vendors around…………nit early or later the sun is not so bad…….mid-day, the sun is tough….
Also in the water generally means having a mask and going in…….

Poloroid are the best to wear. They cut the glare and allow you to see below the surface in clear water. Frank...

Where the sun is strong I would recommend a good set of Polarized Sun Glass, for me in the bay I just use regular glasses to see what is in my sifter. Because the small stuff sure can blend into the mix.
