Pic of the 19th century church. We didn't get as much snow as we could have, the temps stayed higher all day yesterday.

Click the link to find out what the last pic is about.

I love seeing the fresh snow. And the air always smells so fresh and clean. We've had more snow this year so far than all of the last five or six years combined. I am so tired of it I haven't taken any pictures. More snow forecast for Monday the 8th! But the snow is beautiful if you can stay in and out of it. Monty

Thanks everyone. I might have gotten better pics, but I just hopped off the atv while plowing and snapped a couple off the bridge.

That's a genuine old time church, it has one door for the men to use, and one door for the women to use. It's facing that way because the old road came up through the creek. Some of you might remember the pics I posted of the trees grown up in front of the doors. I found a 3" piece of bare copper wire there, and that's all. There used to be a trash pile in back, I may try a dig there sometime.

Snow does make the air smell clean, and, if you're in an urban area, it makes everything much quieter.

I'm not sure if the eagles made an igloo or abandoned the egg, I think this is an igloo.

No, we didn't get ours yet. Oklahoma got more snow in two days than we got in the whole month of December. We're a major ski resort area. When the snow falls people here see money. I don't think this is global warming, but just the natural fluctuations of the weather pattern. However, might not be too early to start printing out 'Ski Mt. Scott' T-shirts.
