Hello all,,,
It was back to the cache site for another hour. I think I'm done with that site for a while. The finds are really getting thin. I did find just a wee bit of gold to end the month with. Now I can retire... ;D
RingAll.jpg

It's marked, " 1/40 -10k .862 " so, I guess there's just about enough gold on there to give it some color... ::) It looks like there may be some other type of mark just before that also, but I can't get it any cleaner to make it out. Looks like it may be a "V" inside of a circle. Any clues?
Good luck all, & Happy hunting~

Now just which finger are you going to wear that on? Gold is gold is gold.

Leon,
still 10 k. ;D Nice.

First ring I ever found was down about three
inches in a rock driveway of an old drive-in.

Almost the same condition as yours, but silver.

Sometimes a jeweler can straighten those rings out if you'd like to have it fixed. Hey, gold is gold. Congrats

Gold plated silver, nice find and looks old! Congrats and HH, Mike

Thanks for the replies all...
finderzzs, After taking another look at it, I think you may be right about the R.G.P., Thanks for pointing that out...

After stating I was done with the cache site for a while I went back to it again anyway. I headed out for a short hunt earlier and Momma left the car low on gas, so I decided to make the short trip one more time... Found the usual clad, about 46 cents worth and my second IH for the year. It's an 1884.

Good luck all, & Happy hunting~

I don't think that place is ever gonna be empty, Leon! :D GREAT finds!
