The top one looks like a pointing finger.....So maybe sigh language?
The bottom looks like a old school iron......So maybe home ec or ironing?

Give me a few minutes.

Damn I was way off. They are custom Patrol Patches, top one is a shown/known BSA one. The iron one i can't find yet.

Top badge. Pointing Finger Patrol Badge. https://eaglepeakstore.com/products/pointing-finger-patrol-patch-bsa-446

Patrol Badges explained. https://www.boyscouttrail.com/patrol-patch.asp

There are official and spoof patches, sort of like we had in the military. We had official patches, then we had unofficial patches IE morale patches, TDY patches etc.

The top one is a woman's finger pointing at her husband saying if you want it pressed here's the iron!:laughing7:

On a serious note, looking at the edges of your finds they are not finished. That may mean they were cut out of something larger.

They could be Girl Scout related or Brownies.
