What better subject for my final project for CAD Class......

Home with my little boy who is sick today and had a chance to knock out the majority of my final project for a CAD class I'm taking toward a mechanical engineering degree. Figured I'd model my MXT! Everything drawn in Solidworks. Having a blast going about it, fun stuff.

Yea it is only about 80% complete....I was going to wait and do the rest in class since we were being allotted time but ended up doing the display assembly and started on the wire. Guess I'll find something else to model in class. Maybe make some different coils I'll post an exploded view and updated pic once complete.

Finished up the wire. Forgot to make a plug for the end of the rod, as well as the hardware to hold on the arm cuff. Adding those and she should be ready to submit. Fun stuff.
