What brand is this?

That sluice appears to be a sluice that goes in a sample trommel (3 or 4') called the Green Machine. It has not been built in years.

Is it a (1 to 1 and 1/4") thick rubber sluice with multiply riffles of varying sizes, about 2 1/2 to 3 " long?

That may be it. The thickness is about right. It is roughly 12" X 29.5" or so.
