what do i do with old lead and copper

hi what can i do with all the old bits of copper and lead i was thinking of melting it down and selling for scrap is there any profit in this

Ask a local fisherman if they know anyone that pours (molds) their own sinkers.

Some will use the metal for bullets and black powder rifle balls if you know any hunters that make their own round balls or reload.

clean copper is at $2 a pound here in south florida. not sre what lead is at. its worth throing scrap into a pile, when t gets big enough, take it to the scrap metal place.

i made $300 on scrapped extension cords les than a year ago!
