What grade is this African penny?

I was looking through my collection and I saw this one , looked pretty good condition. Anyone think it will go up in value?

I would grade it as 'AVF'. Yours is the most common of the two obverse die variants, but both have high mintage numbers (yours at 25 million). In that condition it catalogues at no more than about $3 and, of course it will go up in value, but not by much.

I can't cast an opinion, but it is a neat looking coin.
