what happened to the founding fathers post ?

last night i had posted to a a topic titled "Sacrifices of the Founding Fathers" someone had replied to my post and now i can't access it. where did it go ?, why should i waste my time on this site if topics that i post on keep getting deleted ?, it can't be that it was off topic ? as it was under everything else. and there was nothing on any of the posts that violated the rules >:(

, what gives ?, i can't figure out what happened to the forums around here but something has changed and not for the better

It may have been deleted since political chat is on another forum now, or someone may have felt the discussion was getting out of hand. Pretty normal for any political thread.

BTW lobsterman I was the person who replied to you. I had stated that I agreed with everything in your latest post on that thread.

thanks for the replies, i didn't think it really got into a political discussion

, unless discussing colonial times or censorship gets your posts censored (ooops ::)

), and i know for a fact that i have got no use for, nor any time in my life for another type of forum

. ( i can't even keep up with this one )

besides it doesn't matter if you want to rant and rave and bicker online til the cows come home, it wont make a bit of difference to anyone or change anyone's opinions, and you'll probably only get some useless empty satisfaction mistakingly thinking that someone cares to hear your opinion, when in fact it's similar to real life, in as much as they couldn't give a rats butt for your opinion, and it will probably only cause them to take a defensive position to oppose you, so whats the point, i've got better things to do with my time than argue with somebody online ::)
