What do you guys think life is? I think life is having fun, enoying all you can while making money, metal detecting, and spending time with family and friends.

Life for me is enjoying every single day so much more now that I am home with my wife and daughter.

That period of time varies from person to person, but is normally considered to be a short time.

JEEZZS ! I'm gonna get beat up over this .
Life is sittin in the alleyway of the horse stable just before 'duskdark' with some old friends whittlin' and spittin' while well trained and well fed horses are munching their evening meal .
At each oldtimer's feet is his own well trained dog waiting on his next move as he and his cronies talk of the 'Old Days' ....
There's a pile of grandchildren that have finished feeding the horses and playing with their baby goats and are wrestling in the alleyway or swinging through the rafters in the hay loft .
A couple of these kids will be hunkered with the dogs listening to every word us old farts utter .
Kids are impressionable . What we leave them with is what they have to start on .....
What kind of legacy are you going to leave for your kids and grandkids ?

I am fortunate to have been born (this time?) in a place that I can get out of bad weather,
am mostly at the top of the food chain, can share and am not in daily terror for my life.
I thank the Great Spirit for that.
It has not always been that way for everyone.
