Why isn't it big enough to have a cockpit? It looks like a pretty standard jet profile. You have to keep in mind that this is a fast moving object in a picture taken from a fast moving satellite MILES above the ground, and that there is software algorithms run to process all that digital info it sends back. The fact that it doesn't appear "normal" is completely expected.

Jason, Thanks for your input. What about the shadow? Why is there no visible shadow? Has it outrun its own shadow? Is that even possible?

depends on the sun angle. The shadow could be underneath the image and blurr

The plane looked like it was centered between the two buildings. Maybe an aircraft company (Like Boeing) technicians school. We had smaller versions in the military.

Okay people, gather around. May I have your attention please, this will just take a minute. I need everyone to look right here. You will go about your everyday lives and not remember a thing that you just saw.

Ancient Alien Theorists have debated with Mainstream Scientists . . .

I bet not. Modern scientists might disagree but they'd never lower themselves to debate that. :laughing7:

As far as a shadow - if it is a jet at 30,000 feet the shadow might be limes out of camera range to one side.

I don't know about the satellite's imager, but it used to be common to expose the three primary colors at seperate times (cyan, magents and yellow and then a gray-scale black & white image). With a fast mofing jet that would result in what you see.

Yea I can't I.d. any plane or jet model by looks.
But it looks like a military jet of some type to me,
just by looking at the cockpit area.

of course it could be a large passenger airliner or crop duster for what I know :tongue3:
