If you Google Indian symbols there are some pictures of some known symbols and you can match up some to figure out the tribe they came from possibly.

No treasure under the rock. I could put you in touch with an expert in petroglyphs, though, if you want. Guessing these are Hohokam, so probably in Arizona....pretty common designs, but certainly in nice shape and not vandalized.

They are carved deeply but some are fading,,,, probably as time goes they are
Fading.... they must be certainly old
