What is this this? Had it for a while Cant seem to get any answers.

Looks like you have a concretion and maybe a bovid tooth. Richmond, Indiana, is rich in palaeozoic inverts, trilobites, corals, brachiopods, etc. Show us some good stuff!
 
it looks like a chert concretion as well. Found a lot of trilobytes and tons of coral horns as well as gold and silver.
 
Your tooth might be horse and your larger sample may be remains from a 5 gallon pail of plaster or joint compound dumped out after it had started to set.
