I bought this in a pile of jewelry a while back. I didn't know what it was at the time and still have no clue what it is? It has some sort of ummmm thing that dangles out and will go back in. Does anyone have any clue what it is? It's one of the most unusual/disturbing things I've ever bought.

Is that a pistil in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

I'd say a depiction of some kind of fertility goddess.

I dunno does a goddess have a dangler? :laughing9:

The pistil is a flower's girly parts, so yes, it is possible. If it's a stamen, then it's a boy. :)

Is it hollow? Can it be opened?

It looks to be Asian, I believe the Japanese have a fertility celebration

I think it's some type of dance rattle. You would be mounted on a rope in as you danced the male parts would bounce and rattle.
