Treat Oak Island as an Armchair Treasure Hunt and it has a Solution

He didn't need the treasure to buy his land but, "IF" it is true that he shopped on the mainland with gold coins he did.. Plus he is the only person ever mentioned that has/had anything to do with OI that had a live in Butler. Once SB died he left what he had to his 2nd wife I think it was, but once she died the butler was to get it all.. Any way to research if in the late 1700's to early 1800's farming with an ox could you really grow 10,000 cabbages an acre, on OI with 100% yield.. Just a guess but I guess not. Google claims it takes 60-100 days to grow cabbage to maturity.

Thus the problem with the oak island fictional treasure, all “IF’s” and “WHAT IF’s”.

Never any factual evidence.
