I think possibly a Feldspar mineral, most likely Microcline if so. If you were willing to crack it in half I/we could confirm Feldspar or not.

Was that one whack with a hammer? if so it cleaved like feldspar. Here is a video of a known sample of Microcline I have.



Does it seem to reflect light in the same manner as in the video? Your pics look like it split along a cleavage plane but a bit tough to tell clearly.
