I eyeballed this little guy last night crawling across my front porch and I dont live on the water. What kind of turtle is this? It has little red spot on its neck or ears. I live in South Florida. Is it native? What do I feed it?

when we caught wild turtles as kids they woundnt eat until we werent around so :icon_scratch:
