✅ SOLVED What Material Is This Toy Car Made Of?

Considering putting in a bid on this toy. By the sellers pictures I cannot be sure of what this is made of, could this be ceramic? plastic etc.
Appears there may be soldering wire wrapped on the pipes, wheels etc with a block soldered to the wheel. I'm just not sure ...
All opinions on what this could be is appreciated. Says designed in France but my research has come up empty on toy cars in France....

That’s great. It’s a Guillermo Forchino ‘Le Tourbillon Bleu’ (Blue Hurricane) and not intended as a toy. They’re cast in polyresin and further embellished. Asking prices here in the UK are around £200+ but it's a shame you don't have the numbered tag.
