WOW ! Looked Like Bomb ! I Wouldn't want to Be Driving Towards It !
It was a lear jet, hitting ground at a high rate of speed, reported speed at impact is 350-400 mph.

- All Garrett: Ace 250 (two), AceApex, VX-9. Have owned just about every Garrett ever made. First three detecter I made myself, with the first one in 1962.
May they all rest in peace. At least she appeared to be doing the correct procedure to fly higher and get out of the rain and resulting ice buildup (Based on the earlier conversations with the ATC). Unfortunately, Lear jets don't have the deicing capability of large passenger jets. This is not the first time similar small-sized plane crashes have occurred due to icing.
