what the heck kind of bug is this!!!!??????????????

this is way crazy, the other night i was thinking of all the wierd stuff i have seen when smaller. and i thought of this bug i saw in ruidoso nm in a basement when i was about 10 years old. and today i was walking in my kitchen i see the exact same species walking on the floor, creeping the doody outta me. it looks like a millipede/centipede/caterpillar/spiderish. what is it and are they bad, should i dispose of it properly

Got'em here in Illinois. They are harmless and dont bite. Its very easy to kill them to. Usually just a swat with an old rag does them in. My wife hates em and its funny to see her standing on the toilet screaming when she sees them.

its one of those bugz that when you fall asleep they crawl in your ear.then they eat your brain an at the same time they lay eggs.in time they eat their way out to your other ear.very painful from what i hear from those that survived the ordeal.
