What to do with Ike?

I have been crhing for about 5 years now. I have only posted a few times in the past when I found something memorable. I am moving and I found a ziplock bag full of about 250 Non silver silver dollars. Only after I found them did I remember that they existed.

Does anybody know of a good way to sell them? Coin dealers, craigslist or ebay or just back to the bank?

Never tried it, but I have heard of people getting $1.10-$1.50 each for them when selling in large lots on eBay and craigslist.

I usually just use them to make friends with bank tellers. Many tellers like the Ikes and will happily trade any halves they happen to have for them.

I spend them. Cashiers love when you pay with Ikes.

Spend them or bring them back to the bank. People may nactually pay a lot more on ebay for them. Whatever you do, do not put them in coin counting machines because most do not take them, especially TD banks. They clog up the machine. I found 2 so far in my CRH career(not really, just hobby- I do not sell my finds) which were stuck in the wheel that spins at TD bank's penny arcade. Free money. hh
