I'd flat out pay $1 a pound plus shipping ;D

If you fish a lot, you'll know that there is and has been a big attempt to ban lead completely, leading to the crappy tin alloy sinkers, or steel sinkers. The tin crap when, used as split shot especially, cuts your line, and the steel junk, if you hit the side of the dam with a 2 or 3 oz sinker, will just break off at the eyelet. Wal-Mart has been real bad locally about only having the tin alloy junk.

That's kind of a nice thing about flat rate shipping too, with those small ingots, it would take several to make the 65lb limit on those Priority Mail boxes :laughing9:
 

Like said above,,,lead has had alot of usage thru the years. I have 500Lbs+ just for casting bullets that I reload. Hang on to it in about 50 years it will be worth something the way the EPA frowns on the stuff.
