Guy ran up to an Occupied Police car, Dove in the Passenger side window & Right out
The Drivers side window. All of a Sudden he cop Turned his Lights & Sirens on Turned around & went after them. Had to be the Cops brother or something. I don't know that anyone can be that Stupid drunk
