If there's a market for them, I'm a rich man. I find tons of that particular year. One could only hope there's a buyer.

A lot of the 64s I find look really nice with satin luster etc. I wonder if someone polished a bunch up to sell or practice on. I could pick them out of a pile of nickels. I loath them.

There are lots of 1964 nickels because the government didn't want to mint silver dimes and have them just be hoarded. So they made lots of nickels to aid the coin shortage.
