See the thing is with all this kneeling and protesting and disrespecting....
None of this would have been an issue to begin with....
The kneeling was to “protest black oppression”.... or whatever their narrative was.
Didn’t bother me, or anyone else. Kaepernick, Lynch, and a few others went unnoticed for up to a year, until media caught on.
Then, our President hijacked the issue, took a minuscule story, and blew it up into a non-patriotic soapbox for his base.
Yeah, I get it.... thanks for your service, I hate football, sports is for sissies.... all that. Keep rolling with your lives.
This thread, started by Jeffy, was intended to bust my balls over the Pats continued dominance over the AFC, and more specifically, over his Colts.
This is not a Political Thread, this is a thread in the Football Forum... let’s keep it that way.
There are plenty of threads in the Political Forum for you to wave your finger at.... all ya gotta do is pony up $20 bucks and become a Charter Member.
Until then, let’s appreciate the 4 teams left standing... the best in the NFL this year. Next weekends games should be epic, looking forward to seeing one of these great teams win the next two games, whoever they may be.
And if your team has been eliminated, it’s because your team sucks.

You have missed the point. This was not a political post nor was it a Sports bashing post or insinuating that sports was for sissy's. This was a post voicing my personal opinion. My Bad. Everyone has opinions concerning any and everything. I have obviously stepped on some toes here and that was not the intent. My apologies Big Wave, I didn't realize that you were so thinned skinned. Personally... I think they should have gold teams... like 20 per team all running instead of walking... hitting the ball to each other trying to get to the 18th hole first.
