Well after someone up north finally closed the freezer door, Lisa, Terri and I got out for a couple of hours. :D I had e-mailed Lisa and told her that if I didn't get out of this house to play in the dirt soon that I was gonna be digging all my house plants up! :D She said she had just talked to Terri and she sounded purdy squirrely too! :D We met up at a practice field at a nearby high school and dug holes like there was no tomorrow. Charlie had got me one of those SunRay inline's for Christmas and it's a great little present! I guess if I have any complaints about it, it would be that the cord isn't long enough....maybe if it was like a spring cord it would be better. Anywho...ended up with some change, one of the coveted CC tokens and a great silver necklace with a silver seahorse pendant and other odds and ends.

OH..almost forgot....here's a pic of the stuff from my last hunt of 2007...not much, but was happy to have found the silver and the tag.

Nice hunting Nana! Glad things are going well and warming up for ya!

Congrats!

It has been a bit nippy down here lately hasn't it ??? I got one of those probes for my ACE and I have the same complaint. If the cord was just 1 foot longer it would be alot better but it's still nice to have.
I hope you and yours enjoyed the holidays.
Happy Hunting,
Ed

Honey you dont know freezing....I dont think I have moved 3 feet from the woodstove in three days! Hahahaha....I am so glad you got out and your finds are great as always ! I am so looking forward to Spring!

Glad you got a hunt in nana. Nice digs. It's supposed to be in the 50's here tommorrow ::) ::)

And here I am thinking it's bad because it's raining ;)

Ah well - when it stops raining here I get to go out and hunt at least :D

Nana,
I loved your comment about digging up your plants. Hilarious! ;D
You're right, it was a bit nippy down South here the last few days. I bailed on detecting this morning (rare for me) and hit a military gun & relic show instead.
Congrats on your finds. What year CC token?
Is that round piece with the bar running through the center one of those hem weights?

Nice finds! Always good to get out there and dig!! HH!!! :)

Hey Nana, silver is silver! Good finds and some spare change to boot ;) I tell you what those Sunray Inlines ARE cool BUT that was one of the big complaints I had with the design as well.....The cord not being long enough so I got a handheld....How is it for balance on the MXT? Lord, if it snuffs out anymore NC or Confederate Buttons I am going to have to Google Earth you! HAHA (just kidding) ;) ;D

You're right about the freezer door open and left opened. Darn right cold here too. :P Glad it warmed up a little for the Bama Girls to get out. Looks like y'all had a good one too, finding that silver was the highlight of the day. WTG, Nana.

;) RR
