Here's a close up pic of the silver or most of it from yesterday. Looking back at the pics I took from the last week and a half, there were a lot of cobs recovered. Had a blast! This was taken prior to the gold being found.

Dustin I like shiny things. Especially coins, but when it comes to shipwreck coins I think they deserve to have just enough cleaning to identify the mint, assayer, year, etc. Salvors Inc. created a lot of controversy by agressively cleaning the Atocha coins. They were beautiful but lacked charachter. Hey Steve, so are you now a full time diver for Seahunter? I don't blame you!

Well Doug found his first coin this year yesterday and Jason found another one this morning. Seahawk from treasurenet came out to join us and hopefully he will find one later today.

Wow! What's the story on the Lima Star?

Hello Darren
We found eight today including the 2 Reale Lima Star. It was the third coin of the day and Dustin's first for the day. It is the only double struck 2 reale Lima Star I have ever seen. If you look closely you will notice there are three pillars.
