Why can't I find any information on this piece and the maker's mark?

I really would like to know if I am just wasting my time on this piece???? It is a large vase thick glass possibly colored yet hard to tell due to paint? It is very heavy and is approx 12" tall and approx 14" in diameter. The mark on the bottom is all capital letters VIBESAL. :dontknow: I have been researching for days and cant seem to find any substantial amount of information on this brand or better yet this item?? I would appreciate any info due to the fact its driving me crazy and I am starting to worry that I am searching a non existent product? Thanx in advance!:happysmiley:View attachment 867439View attachment 867438View attachment 867437

Thank you all for your quick responses. I however have tried to email each of these addresses with no luck at all. The first link sent me to a mechanic garage, the second was a dead end and the most recent post said message delivery to that recipient permanently failed :/

Hello MsJenn,

What is the underlying glass color of that carafe, beneath all that paint?

Surf i believe its a bluish green. Its hard to tell wether or not that is a reflection of the paint or not though and as Fyrffytr suggested I don't want to remove any paint or cause any more blemishes than there already are

Basically after translation of the closest vase i could find i got this.... Beautiful and large glass products made in the country of flamenco. Their unique design and a wide range of colors to suit almost any interior, not only to those dominated by hot Spanish character. So in two sentences to describe the original Spanish wonders of green, mottled glass - See more at: Vibesal Waza Ares (zielona nakrapiana) opinie u?ytkowników, dane techniczne, ceny - Cokupic.pl .. I know more about its origin and maker. I am still however very curious as to wether or not it holds any true value or is just a really cool piece to hold on to. Seems to me they stopped production of these when company Vibesal went bankrupt in i believe the 1990s? Anyways thanks again and if you run across any thing that shows what its worth i would be super curious to see it 8-)

Here is more detailed information relating to the U.S. Federal Trademark registration for Vibesal.

VIBESAL - Reviews & Brand Information - VIDRIOS BENIGANIM, S.A.L. 48630 Beniganim, Valencia , - Serial Number: 75386996

The company filed for U.S. Trademark registration on November 10, 1997. The actual registration became effective January 30, 2001. As of November 3, 2007, the status is listed as; Cancelled - Section 8. Your vase was likely imported and sold commercially in the U.S. during that period of about 7 years. Since these were recent commercial products, rather than limited production art pieces or similar, collectible value is likely rather minimal. As a decorative item though, the real value is in your own eyes. :icon_thumright:
