Why isn't my Equinox 800 charging?

I switched back to my previous charger which sais 5V=c

I don't have one that is 5V 2A.

If I connected this to my PCs USB port, is there a way to tell the output of V and A?

Measure it with a volt meter. You can buy a 5.volt 2 amp charging block for under $10 at Walmart or jùst about anyt store, even have one even delivered from Amazon or Walmart.
