Why not browse and create your own avatar? Hard to know who is who

With so many people using odd ball user names, and picking one of the T-net avatars available (like the one below), it's difficult keeping track of who is who. The option to browse is just as easy so why not create your own.

Like mighty AP, I know photoshop fairly well.... but it's not something I'd offer for free... so better to see him.

I have no problems with the avatars (except for Iron Patch's of course ) it's when users change their names or have multiple accounts that gets me. Don't ask i'm not naming names.
