Will the planned raising of Water levels at lake mclure impact bagby/briceburg?

I have heard a lot of talk about raising the current volume of water that can be stored at lake mcclure and the impact it will have on river levels up stream. Is this a concern at all? Will it make bagby forever underwater? What about briceburg?

The dogs blew up Bagby for water storage but not been used for many years that I've seen. Briceburg is way too far upstream to matter and altitude higher. Only seen ol'Bagby site under water 3 times in what 50 years?? All they gotta do is just hold and NOT blow the water away-John

IF the dam is raised bagby will be gone. The water will basically be at the bottom of the highway.

The bright side is we will be able to boat up to the falls and the north fork. Sherlock creek etc.
