Just thought I would share this socketed copper point, found in Baraboo by my good friend about 1972. Became mine last year, she's a big'n.

Hay Cannonman !! , good see'n ya around again ! Yeah, she is a beastly beauty for sure!
So anyway,..tis a bit s l o w.. around here lately . Is it still possible to find the odd piece from the Copper Culture ,..on dry private land in Wisconsin any more?

Dry private land still does produce from time to time from what I head, I haven't had the pleasure of hunting for quite some time now myself. Was standing back waiting for the waters to clear so to speak.
