Hang in there sir, my brother had the same surgery, they called it a widowmaker. He came out out of surgery with no issues, but he did say the soreness in leg when walking is slow to go away after surgery.

All will go well. The most difficult part is the healing. A little time and effort, you should be just dandy. After I retired within 5 years it started with my left leg, then the left carotid artery, then a heart quadruple by- pass and then the right leg. All went well. Today I am a near perfect specimen of the human male in thought, mind body and deed. )As i often tell my wife) Hang in there ET, one step at a time.

Thanks for all the prayers and support, waiting now for the call for when the operation will happen, you know when it rains it poor's, went to the store last Wednesday, I can now only walk about 200ft before the pain starts in my lower leg, made it out to my car and when I tried to start it, it started then died, over and over again, after many time trying to start it I gave up and called a towing company, 275$ for a fast tow, on their way. Finally tried again and it started, canceled the tow with penalties, got it home researched the problem and ordered the part. Spent the day replacing it and it's running again . Never seen a doctor for 53 years and now I have to have one but all is coming together, Thanks so much, always keep your family and friends close to you and they will there for you.
