Woman Hospitalized After Being Glued To Toilet Seat at Home Depot

by Jon David Kahn 6 Dec 2013

GEORGIA - According to an incident report filed at the Banks County Sheriff's Office, a woman found herself glued to a toilet seat after using the restroom at the Home Depot store in Banks Crossing last week. Someone allegedly put glue on every toilet seat in the women's restroom. Unfortunately, the woman didn't realize this until she was already stuck.

Emergency medical services personnel were called in to help remove the woman from the toilet. She was then transported to a Gainesville hospital where she received treatment.

The store manager found a brown paper sack in the restroom containing a bottle of Loctite GO2 glue, a product that not only boasts of durability, but also versatility.

Now that's just plain old mean - Probably some kid not thinking again.

I'm not familiar with Loctite, & I see no reason they would Lie,

But How ? I would think if you placed a fast drying glue Like Super Glue on a toilet seat
& someone walked in 2 minutes later they would be sitting on Dried Glue.

If you placed Elmers Glue on the seat, & someone sat on it 2 Minutes later they would feel the
consistancy & get up, Or not feel it & get up a few minutes later no problem.

What kind of glue sits there waiting for ass to hit it & then dry quick ?

I believe
in order for such a thing to work that well, They would either need to do it to them self,
Or sit down & Move in for an hour

Yeah, your correct Jeff - I was thinking the samething, all super glue I have worked with drys really fast. maybe another scam to file a law-suit.

Loctite makes many products. Believe this is true...

Mean, not funny.

And if you're going to go with conspiracy, rather than lawsuit I'd suggest this is a great advertisement for the glue.

Loctite makes an epoxy glue (but I don't know what GO2 glue is), you need to mix two separate parts to activate. Maybe they applied the 2 parts side-by-side. When she moved her backside just a little, the parts combined and, voila.

and I wonder how one can not see it on the seat? I look at the seat closely before I place my ummm skin on it

Especially in a Public place :laughing7:

She was on the Local News last night face & all, saying how Humiliated she was/is :tongue3:

If you were Humiliated, would you have had to your Sister & brother in law sitting
on a couch massaging your ass while doing an interview ?

Sorry.... I doubt she was at Home depot to shop that day.

OH & instead of taking the seat off & taking her to the hospital,
they videoed Rescue using WD-40 to remove her from it.

Doesn't locktite make "threadlock"? That stuff doesn't lock a bolt in place until it's under pressure ... then it works pretty quickly. How big a gal was she?

Loctite is an anaerobic glue (well, a so called glue) which means it cures in a non oxygen environment.

Put a dot of glue on a small mirror or other non porous surface. Watch it for a couple of hours. It's still 'wet'.

Now, push on the dot of glue for 30 seconds.

Lemmeno what happens… (and don't forget to take a picture for us)

video works better in court don'tchaknow? If you go in in a public stall and don't check the seat first you take what you get!!

:coffee2:Now you know why they have Obammy tuxedos to place on da toilet seats....
