The small wooden peg at 6 oclock may have been used to plug a bottle.

maybe it was a wooden stake to drive in the hearts of those creatures that left those bones behind.
either way, those are some nice finds... were they all in the same spot?
if so you have more than likely have stumbled apon a camp.

you should check out copano bay big ones and they are going to get bigger becouse you only can get one gar a day now that they made them a game fish.many 4-7ft in this area.

The wooden stake looks like a 'planter' used to set bedding plants (like tobacco) in a field. Super nice finds, Breezie
