Wormed bullet?

Does this bullet look like its been wormed? Found it this evening. Does anyone know what type of bullet it is? Looks like a standard union minie ball but just looking for confirmation most of the ones i find dont have the hollow base.

Looks pulled too me. Also appears to have ramrod damage to the end that's probably why it was pulled. Nice find. If you can post a better picture with measurements, we can tell for sure and possibly give a better id.
