Found this in a box yesterday. What's up with it? Seen some similar but not to this copper color extent.

Keep or toss it back is the question.

Looks like a metal detecting find that was cleaned in a tumbler. Its nothing special.

Cool. Tossed it in the kids piggy bank. He thought it was cool.

I cleaned some of my MD finds in a tumbler with CLR. It was a mixed penny, nickel, dime, quarter load. When I opened the tumbler the clad coins were all copper colored like your dime.

Where are you located at? I tumble all my clad finds when I find them metal detecting and the dimes turn copper when mixed with copper pennys. Maybe you got one of mine?
