WW1 Training Area Finds with Bucket List Silver

Went back to my permission where I have found pre WW1 items from a training area. 1st spur. It is intact with the buckle. Found my 1st Barber Dime and a wheatie that the date is too far gone to read. I got the owners permission to bring my tractor and bush hog the area so we can swing a little easier.

Great finds , I have done the same , cleaned logs along the fields , cut brush and have done well with finds once it was cleaned up.

For sure. We have to show the landowners that we are willing to help them out for the permissions they give. Some people only hear of people leaving holes dug in their yards and are afraid to give permission.

Very nice horse spur and Barber Dime.
I too offer to cut back the bush or I'll clear back fallen branches around the property for the landowner.

But most often I'll just bring a 1/2 dozen muffins or assorted pastries for the owner and their family.
